Setting up mirc / tracer scritp for use with quantum chatroom

1) Download and install tracer script. 2) To setup tracer script for quantumsoundz chat room = in mirc, click FILE, then OPTIONS tab, under the connect settings, add a irc server, called CentralChat.net, also add this as the desciption (make sure you can see CentralChat.net in the window once you have added it, if not click the drop down tab and it will be at the bottom of the list of servers. (Some times you need to carry this out twice, as mirc resets after a server is added) 3) Enter a first and second nickname, which is under the server select window. 4) The next setting down, or the left hand side, from the connect one, is called OPTIONS, click it and make sure CONNECT ON STARTUP is ticked. 5) Five steps down, on the left, you will see PERFORM, click that and write this command into the white box /join #quantumsoundz (make sure the ON CONNECT, PERFORM THESE COMMANDS is ticked. 6) Click ok, Job done, close and restart, this should now automaticly take you into chat room .. big up !! |
